Our idea of cuisine
Terracqua’s cuisine is rooted in Italian and Mediterranean tradition,
in recipes that belong to memory,
reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility and modern technique.
We do not follow trends,
we follow the seasons, the garden, the work of small local producers
and what the land offers each day.
Every dish is designed to be recognizable, intense, elegant,
without excess, without shortcuts.
A menu that changes every day
There is no fixed menu.
Each dinner is created from the day's available products
and the inspiration of the cook.
Freshly picked vegetables, selected meats, fish when available locally,
bread, desserts, and homemade preparations.
It is honest cooking, made of flavor, balance, and respect for ingredients.
The table as an experience
Terracqua's kitchen is mainly reserved for guests staying in the house.
It is a restaurant open to the public, but only for two tables, so we recommend booking your experience well in advance.

into private homes, country villas, and carefully selected venues throughout Italy.
We offer an exclusive catering and gastronomic events service,
designed for those who want an authentic, private, and fully tailored experience,
without giving up the quality and elegance of contemporary Italian cuisine.
Every event starts with listening:
to the place, the people, the occasion.
Whether it's an intimate dinner, a special lunch, or a private event,
we create the menu and experience to fit, always starting from the ingredients and seasonality.
We work with discretion, care, and respect for the spaces that host us,
